If you're considering going out on Long Point Bay let us give you some tips. Hut rentals will be really tough to secure this late in the game. You really want to call in by Wednesday if you want to book one for the weekend. It's usually not a problem booking a hut during the week if you can get a day off work.
There's really only one place to rent a hut on Long Point.
The other two outfitters are actually located in St. Williams. If you're coming down 24 from Simcoe, turn left at the Shell Station and follow that road straight to the ice. If you forgot something there's a store in St. Williams that carries fishing stuff and outdoor gear.
